You, O Lord for the food
You give us to eat. You do truly know what
our bodies need. I also thank You for
helping to get the gas out of Deborah's system
too! What I eat, she also eats and what
affects me, was affecting her too! I
noticed that she seemed to have a lot of gas and
seemed to be having stomach aches, too.
But blessed is the Help that comes in Your Name,
O Lord, and You have given her comfort and also
shown me what I can do to help her get the gas
out of her system. You have shown me how
to rub her back and make her burp.
Thank You, Lord for that, and
also for teaching me to call upon the Holy Angel
that stands for her, for help! I
acknowledge the Help that You have given to us.
And I do not forsake the Help that You have
given!
You first taught me, through
Xmeah, about calling on the Angel so that He can
regulate her sleep. And now You have given
me to call for help for all things concerning
her. When she cries, I enquire of the
Angel as to what is wrong with her and what can
I do to help her. Thank You, Lord for that
Help that You give to us. Sometimes You
give me to sing praises, and sometimes to rebuke
the evil spirits.
On yesterday, I was also very tired, and I had
to call on You to help me with
the tiredness that I was feeling. On top
of me being tired, Deborah was also fussy.
I understand how some mothers can get
frustrated, but You gave me to rebuke the evil
spirits and call on You for help and
deliverance, and You did deliver me! You
caused Deborah to be comforted and to go to
sleep and then You also renewed me!
I was watching TV yesterday, and
I saw a commercial where they were showing how
if a female does not want her baby, she can drop
the baby off at the fire station, and there will
be no questions asked about why she is leaving
her baby! As I was looking at Deborah, it
made me very sad to think about that some
females can be so cold-hearted as to give up
their child, due to frustrations or other
reasons. I have heard of babies that cry a
lot, but I know that You have given me a way to
deal with this. She cannot talk to me, so
the only thing she can do is cry. But what
is it that she is trying to say when she cries?
This is what the Holy Angel is there for.
He can communicate to me what is wrong with her!
I thank You, Lord for Xmeah, who taught me this.
With the other three children, I
never knew this. And I would use the ways
of the world to try to deal with a crying baby!
It even came to my remembrance
how I used to let our other children, when they
were babies, "cry it out!" I would leave
them in their beds until they cried themselves
to sleep! This was a way I was taught in
the world! And as I looked at Deborah, I
saw how the way of the world's teaching is very
cruel! My Lord, I cannot seem to thank You
enough for how You are teaching me and guiding
me in what to do to become a true mother.
You are teaching me what to do to help Deborah
and to raise her the right way. Amen!
I also thank You, O Lord for
allowing there to be problems, at times, so that
I can tell others what I did so that they will
also know what to do to get rid of the problems
that they have! For too long there has
only been one way that was set before us, but
now You are teaching us a new way! Thank
You, Lord!
I was also given to meditate on
how females, who have babies, really do not want
to be around their babies! They use so
many false things to preoccupy the baby. I
never realized this, until now, with Deborah.
I do not use anything artificial to pacify her,
but I did call on the Spirit to pacify her!
With Deborah, I do not use pacifiers, or any
type of toys or mobiles, that hang from her
crib, to preoccupy her. If she needs to
see something, should she not see the normal
things that we see? I hold her up and let
her look around the room, like the rest of us
do. If she needs to be rocked, I hold her
and rock her, and I do not put her in a baby
swing. She gets a lot of contact with all
of us, and is not left alone.
But how many other mothers want
to spend the time with their newborn babies, and
give them the skin to skin contact that the baby
needs? I have noticed how when I hold
Deborah and sing, she will stop crying.
And I thank You, Lord for that. This is
Your doing! I saw that way in Xmeah, and I
liked it and desired it. And You gave it
to me, too! Amen!
